1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery times.
2. U.S. Shipping Options
Free Economy Shipping (United States)
At Enchanted Charms, we offer free economy shipping across the United States on all orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days
- Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or similar U.S. carriers
- Tracking: Included with every order
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been dispatched.
Enchanted Charms is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or misspelled addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
Additional fees may apply for reshipping orders due to incorrect address details.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
Enchanted Charms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed:
- Check your tracking link for the latest updates
- Contact the shipping carrier for more details
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us for support. We will assist in determining the best resolution.
6. U.S.-Only Shipping
Currently, Lux Charms ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
